It can also be E-Mailed to **Job order qualifications must be reflected on your resume to be considered** Job Duties: Supervises and coordinates activities of the anneal department workers by performing the following: Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and directs set-up and adjustments of equipment. Study annealing schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments. Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations. Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules. Recommends measures to improve anneal cycle methods, equipment performance and quality of product. Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment performance and quality of product. Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of department. Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems. Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals. Maintains time and production records. Confer with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments. Qualifications: Minimum two years supervisory experience in a union shop. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required. Previous annealing experience required. Must be 21 years of age or older.
