Job Duties: Will be responsible for assembling components to a semi-finished or finished product & is responsible for the quality of delivered work according to order planning. Will be responsible for the output of assembled work to conveyors or components within the specified time. Will be reading basic & complex technical drawings, work instructions & technical specifications. Will comprehend all essential elements fo the technical specifications & how it applies to the assembly process. Will use general measuring devices & various tools to assemble conveyors & the components. Will install & remove conveyor from manipulator during production & testing phases. Will perform assembly, tuning & testing on all SV & SVN model conveyors according to the technical specification. Will participate in the training & mentoring of new employees. Will actively participate in the continual improvement of products & processes. Will adhere to all safety & environmental policies & procedures. Will maintain a clean work area. Will perform maintenance on equipment as needed. Will communicate with supervision & co-workers in a professional manner. Will report to the Assembly Supervisor. Please Note: Starting wages are $13.25 per hour. Workdays are 6:45pm to 5:30am Sunday nights through Friday nights (40-60 hours per week-currently on mandatory overtime). Will be required to meet quality standards set by the organization & produce an acceptable quantity in terms of meeting individual efficiency requirements. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old, have a HS diploma w/ previous assembly experience. Must have knowledge or experience in basic wiring & electrical. Must have a comprehension of contemporary productivity techniques. Previous forklift & crane experience or certification. Must be physically able to do heavy lifting up to 100 lbs.
