About the job:
the following. Other responsibilities w/ similar skill and work conditions as assigned. Cleans and inspects all process equipment for conformity to federal and state sanitation laws and plant standards in an efficient manner. Perform Pre-Op inspection on sanitation state with QA and/or USDA personnel. Self directed cleaning of equipment and work areas, including periodical checks of CIP equipment that does not get broken down daily, to check for effectiveness of cleaning.
