About the job:
Assistant. This Part Time position position is a great way to get some HR experience and starts at a $16 an hour. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for all duties related to hiring new employees. This includes, but is not limited to: finding and attending job fairs, promoting Chrysalis's name in the community, developing new ways to increase our applicant pool, calling all applicants and setting up interviews, interviewing candidates, performing background checks, drug testing...
