About the job:
Assistance programs (i.e. OWF, Medicaid, Food Stamps, etc.). Duties performed as assigned during monthly case bank processing and requires working as a member of a cohesive team. Approves or denies recipient's initial program eligibility based upon established state regulations and procedures. Process includes, but is not limited to: conducting interactive interview with recipient (phone, agency or home/outreach locations); utilization of and data entry on various computer systems, Ohio Benefits Worker Portal (OBWP)...
