Nurses on Unit 2NE (Medical CardioVascular ICU) care for the acutelyill, cardiac complex patient. Our major patient populations include advancedheart failure, cardiogenic shock, myocardial infarction, post cardiac arrest,and pulmonary hypertension. We also care for patients post procedurally fromthe cardiac cath lab, electrophysiology lab, and operating room.
