About the job:
to assist our Head Coaches in teaching the Rock Steady Boxing (RSB) Program. RSB boxing classes are non-contact fitness classes that improves balance, strength, flexibility, mobility and the quality of life for individuals diagnosed with Parkinson's Diease. Classes meet twice per week and range from 60 to 90 minutes including a warm-up, workout, core exercises, and coool down.
