About the job:
the single point of contact for inbound Service Center calls. You will receive inquiries from customers via multiple points; phone, email, and web generated, and track them to closure. You will enter and maintain the inquiry into our ERP / CRM database and monitor the call and/or case from beginning to end. You will also manage the Service Dispatch and the Service Quote activity.
