Billing Specialist to join our team at TVWD! This position is budgeted through June 30, 2027, with the potential to be extended another year. The Position: As a TVWD Customer Service and Billing Specialist, you’ll work in our office to help our 220,000 customers start/stop water utility service, assist with account and billing questions, and accept payments. You’ll also support a variety of projects in the Customer Service Department like normalizing our new Customer Information System and helping customers in need...
