About the job:
POSITION: Custodian REPORTS TO: Director of Facilities or Designee EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Part-Time, Up to 28 Hours Per Week, Monday -Friday, FLSA Non-Exempt QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent - Demonstrates knowledge of proper cleaning and other custodial techniques - Demonstrates ability to operate maintenance equipment (snow plow, salt spreader, hydraulic lift and various hand tools) - Demonstrates ability to interpret and communicate information found on Safety Data Sheets - Strong interpersonal and...
