About the job:
long-standing manufacturer in Troy, OH! This long term contract role will pay $18-20/hour (opportunity to be hired in based on full time positions opening up--great foot in the door!). This position is fully IN-OFFICE and will work an 8-5 schedule. As a Collections Specialist you will be responsible for the following: 50-60 collection calls daily in a fast-paced collections department. Resolve collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve customer discrepancies and short payments....
