Desired Skills/Duties: Our Correspondence Specialist will be responsible for: Timely execution of all incoming correspondence Open and sort all incoming correspondence, client and consumer. Date stamp and forward correspondence defined per process to Client Services. Retrieval of documents Retrieve scanned copies of correspondence as requested Track and retrieve paper files as requested Processing outgoing correspondence Fax outgoing letters and applications for all applicable contracts Document outgoing faxes on applicable contracts. Post outgoing mail Miscellaneous Distribution of supplies to company employees Cross training of other staff members in department Daily and monthly tracking of mail volume Provide courier service using company vehicle (Arcade),your own vehicle (Perry, Moorestown) to and from local post office retrieving and dropping off of business mail. Other duties as assigned by management: Placing priority on various incoming correspondence. Use independent judgment to resolve minor issues regarding correspondence. Annual Summer Picnic Requirements Must Have: High School Diploma or equivalent Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proficient PC skills in the Microsoft product line including: Word and Excel Knowledge of mailroom policy and procedures Must have a team oriented philosophy in accomplishing department goals. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills for communication with all levels of Center staff. Must be able to multi-task. Must be able to stay organized while working on multiple projects. Strong knowledge of PC based programs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be of driving age and obtain and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license. Require a driving record check and prefer to be accident and ticket free for at least a year. Employee must not use any drugs or substances that would interfere with the ability to drive safely.
