Desired Skills/Duties: Job Summary: Responsible for the daily accounting for specified deSter factory within the framework of the laws and established policies. Giving advice or suggestions for improvement. Responsible for the delivery of management information particularly the working capital and production related developments and kpi s (stock, AP, AR, stock revaluation, cashflow). Responsible for the relationship and timely deliverables towards external auditors and tax authorities. Providing assistance on various subjects to the finance organization (taxes, accounting, system setup, bank accounts and relationship, credit score). Responsible for the overall administration of the plant, including payroll, attendance, expenses, utilities, IT coordination, insurance, assets and all related administrative support for the proper running of the factory. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Finance responsibilities for above factory: o Communication with other departments and with deSter head office, and corporate HQ o AR (creation of manual invoices) o AP (posting of invoices, getting approvals, operational, overhead and internal) o Cash (approve payment runs, bank reconciliations, cash forecasting, funding requests) o Payroll journal entries o Expense reports postings and approval review (concur system) o Annual statutory accounts with support from local controller o Giving support for Corporate tax (queries, audits, (foreign) returns) o Stock review and revaluation (monthly) o Budget  In HFM  In the local accounting system o Monthly group reporting  In HFM  In the local accounting system o Ensure relevant regulation is followed and accounting is aligned with law changes Other administration tasks: o Manage staff attendance, vacations and other HR related matter in coordination with the plant manager o Manage company assets in terms of tracking, value, depreciation o Managing the administration of recruitment, onboarding, and termination of staff o Support office IT requirements by coordinating with internal and external IT departments o Other administrative tasks that might be requested by the plant manager to ensure the smooth operation of the plant. Qualifications Education: Bachelor s degree or similar by experience Work Experience: Minimum 4 years relevant experience Work experience in Ohio is a plus Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration) Good computer skills, especially in Excel Mastering of federal, State and county tax systems Awareness of the federal and local HR related regulations and practices Knowledge on insurance, including healthcare Language / Communication Skills: English. Other languages are a plus.
