Desired Skills/Duties: Project Coordinator SUMMARY OF THE JOB: Reports to the Program Management and collaborates closely with Business Development, Engineering, Operations and Quality Assurance. The Project Coordinator will support Program Management and Business Development to meet a wide range of customer requirements and deliverables. This individual will report on a dotted line to the Director of Business Development. The Project Coordinator fits into fast, flexible, culture with a strong emphasis on customer demands. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate activities, documentation and information Make certain that clients needs are met as the project evolves Preparation of Proposals: which will include costing, pricing, timeframes, schedule and budget Initiate and work with cross-functional team to obtain needed information for proposals Monitor and track project s progress and handle any issues that arise Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports Import & Export activities to include coordination with freight forwarders to provide needed information and documentation Manage compliance for Temporary Import Bond vehicles GSA Schedule Management: prepare documentation for contract modifications including product offerings and pricing. MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor s Degree desired US Government contracting experience desired US ITAR/EAR experience desired BASIC SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: Oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and superior organizational skills Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite, ERP System Structure Independent self-starter Ability to work in a fast pace environment Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned Offers of employment are contingent upon passing a substance abuse screening test and/ or criminal background check.
