Multiple worksites 3150 Stateline Rd North Bend, OH 45052 and 11488 Deerfield Road Cincinnati, OH 45242 and multiple worksites within Dearborn(IN), Franklin(IN), Ohio(IN), Boone(KY), Bracken(KY), Campbell(KY), Gallatin(KY), Grant(KY), Kenton(KY), Pendleton(KY), Brown(OH), Butler(OH), Clermont(OH), Hamilton(OH) and Warren(OH) counties. 30 Openings. Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers must be able to perform a variety of tasks without close supervision, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, assists with the installation of water features, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. 3 months of experience in the job described . Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Employer-paid drug testing required of foreign or domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire post-accident or suspicion. The standard work day is from 7 AM until 3:30 PM, M-Fri. Employer will offer 40 hours per week. Sat/Sun work required, when necessary. The worker may be offered more than the stated hours per day, depending on weather and other conditions. 4/1/18-11/25/18. $13.01 per hour. Overtime $19.52 per hour. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Paid Weekly. All deductions from the workers paycheck required by law will be made. Elective Deductions: The employer will make all deductions from worker s paycheck required by law. Potential elective deductions to be pre-authorized in writing if applicable are as follows: The employer will deduct for the reasonable fair market value cost of rent and/or utilities based on number of occupants for those employees who voluntarily elect to live in employer-offered housing. Reasonable cost of negligent damage to lodging will be deducted. The employer offers voluntary employee health insurance and retirement plans to its workers; participation in any such plan is voluntary. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Employer may arrange worker-paid lodging if needed for any foreign or non-local US worker hired pursuant to this job order. Employer provides incidental transport between job sites. Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visas, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $12.07 per day during travel to a maximum of $51 per day with receipts. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. . The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
