Desired Skills/Duties: Inbound calls can be about the following: Accounts for First Financial or Mainsource, the merger, call center inquiries, etc. Some may need to be rerouted to IT or the appropriate channel. Start Date: May 14: 2 weeks training, migration will occur over Memorial Day weekend and then reps will be support for next 2-3 weeks. Pay Rate: $15/hour and potential for completion bonus. Compliance: Candidates will need to apply (Ally/Abby will follow up with link). Fingerprint form and fingerprinting, Full FBI criminal BGC. No Drug Test. **Candidates must disclose if there is anything on their BG that will show up as anything/everything WILL show up - 1st chance is on phone screen, 2nd chance on the fingerprinting form. Dishonesty is a red flag for client. Usually pretty lenient outside of fraud/violent crimes. Minor drug charges, DUIs, are usually okay. Our client is seeking Customer Service Representatives in Hamilton, Ohio. This is a 5-6 week contract position which will include 2 weeks of paid training. The role includes receiving inbound calls & solving & /or educating customers on specific account information, concern and inquiries. You will make it as easy and as desirable as possible to do business with our client. Requirements: Receive inbound phone calls & internet chat sessions from customers and service their needs effectively and efficiently Listen actively and establish rapport Quickly understand and analyze customer needs Adhere to compliance regulations and security policies Consistently meet performance standards set by department Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma & 1+ year of experience in customer service with an excellent performance and attendance record. Excellent oral communications skills (grammar, positive tone, active listening, etiquette, empathy, confidence) and written skills (spelling, logical thought processes and sentence construction, appropriate word choice) Extremely customer-focused; positive, professional attitude Intelligent, self-motivated, quick learner Additional Information The position will offer $15/hr and last 5 weeks; project will start May 14th. The hours are 8AM-5PM Monday through Friday.
