Desired Skills/Duties: SUMMARY OF THE JOB: Responsible for effective and efficient processing, shipping, receiving, storage of materials in the facility and product exports. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Manages the inventory positions of all products and coordinates with all areas necessary to ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained. 2.Coordinates documentation to physical product to ensure timely, damage-free, and accurate shipments. 3.Maintain organized warehouses, shipping/receiving facilities and storage yards. 4.Arrange pick ups with 3rd party truck lines. 5.Responsible for all aspects of logging orders, routing, shipping, and tracking of outbound orders 6.Act as a liaison with vendors, brokers, freight forwarders, and stores by providing shipping information and resolving transportation issues related to orders for products, fixtures, or supplies 7.Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards. 8.Provides training, support and guidance to personnel. 9.Responsible for conducting performance reviews, interviewing and selecting qualified candidates. 10.Ensure compliance with federal and state laws. 11.Perform all duties in a safe manner. 12.Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education and Experience Required: Associate s Degree and/or the equivalent of 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Basic Skill and Ability Requirements: 1.Solid interpersonal skills with experience in customer/supplier relations 2.Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Operating Systems 3.Able to handle multiple assignments under extreme time constraints and high stress conditions 4.Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently 5.Must have strong work ethic, sense of urgency and a high energy level 6.Self-starter: bias for action, results oriented 7.Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines 8.Experience in customer relations 9.Computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications and One World, required 10.Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs 11.Ability to work with a diversified work force 12.Offers of employment are contingent upon passing a substance abuse screening test and/or criminal background check We conform to all the laws, statutes, and regulations concerning equal employment opportunities and affirmative action.
