Desired Skills/Duties: Laser Operator PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Ability to setup and operate multi-axis CNC laser. Compare and monitor numerical data displayed matching specifications on operations sheet. Loading and unloading laser table during automated cycle to reduce machine downtime. Provide technical assistance and guidance to other machine operators. Must be qualified to operator forklifts and OH crane. Applicant must be able to follows work order directions and safely produces required quantity of parts efficiently and within the required tolerance and cosmetic quality Ability to move or lift 75lbs and stand for long periods of time on a daily basis. Perform all duties in a safe manner. Must follow all safety rules regarding machine operation and proper guarding. Perform other duties as assigned. Second shift positions available. MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High school education or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years in the laser industry. BASIC SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: Diverse experience in machine controls. Ability to read blue prints and schematics. Must be a self-starter and self-directed. Must be able to work in a fast past environment. Attention to detail. Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed. Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed.
