Desired Skills/Duties: Looking for an individual to serve as administrative support to the Strategic Account Services unit. Responsible for a full range of assignments to facilitate smooth operations in the Strategic Account unit. This includes data entry, pulling claims, maintaining scorecard spreadsheets and contact master file, return check processing, U/M reporting, scanning, TPA communications, back up coverage and special projects as assigned. Responsibilities/Duties: (not all-inclusive) -Process group terminations -Process client/group renewals -TPA communications to clients (Blasts) -Track, log and communicate TPA scorecards monthly -Weekly and monthly UM reporting to TPA -Ad Hoc UM reporting -Process pharmacy refunds -Track, log and maintain master contact spreadsheet -Audit support -Assist in ensuring proper log/recordkeeping for all activities -Interact with Client/TPA s -Interact with Cigna -Provide back-up coverage for new group implementation -All other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: -Strong verbal communication skills -Detail oriented -Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks -Ability to prioritizes and plan work activities, using time efficiently and developing realistic expectations -A team player, flexible in the context of change and completion of work -Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office products -Regular and reliable attendance is a requirement of the position -Ability to maintain confidentiality Education/Experience: -High school graduate or equivalent -Six months to one year related experience required or a combination of experience and education -Experience in administrative healthcare is a plus We offer full medical, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k) match.
