Desired Skills/Duties: Your responsibilities Position Responsibilities: Plan and execute state-of-the art supply chain for new business unit accounting for material flow, production planning, customer contact, material planning, and warehousing Establishes supplier connections and understands customer expectations Defines scheduling, timeframes, forecasting, deliveries, packaging, labels, material procurement, and replenishment of supplies Defines interactions and internal processes to follow a lean and balanced flow of material and information Creates standard work processes with the customer to understand their specific requirements in order to fulfill their expectation Manages work in a multidiciplinary environment; makes conscientious decissions in a timely manner to meet agressive targets Evaluates Supply Chain KPI's and recommends areas of improvement Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Your profile Selection Criteria: 3-5 years of Supply Chain experience Must be a US Citizen or hold a Green Card; must have no restrictions with US Export Controls Agencies Embodies company values and mission Self-directed; makes timely decisions with the information available Knowledge of the Automotive Supply Chain Experience with Lean Manufacturing Production Systems Demonstrated knowledge of Kanban, Milk Run, JIT and Sequencing for Suppliers and Customers Working experience with ERP systems Inventory control and BOM accuracy Experience in material scheduling and production planning MRP1 and MRP2 EDI and ASN Knowledge of Logistics Protocols for Suppliers and Customers Experience with Production Reports and Material Usage through direct consumption and back flush Standardization of returnable packaging and labels for Suppliers and CUstomers Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or other applicable field preferred Computer skills and knowledge of hardware & software required: VEVRAA Federal Contractor Request Priority Protected Veteran Referrals EOE -Veteran /Disabled/Minority/AA/F/M/SO
