Desired Skills/Duties: Your responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assists the Human Resource department to include Occupational Safety & Health and Learning & Development in the tracking and maintaining of HR related processes utilizing shared online resources including spreadsheets and other systems (e.g., Smartsheet). Inputs and updates new hire, current and terminated employee information in WE.People and shared HR systems including E-Verify I9 information. Assists with the maintenance and auditing of personnel files with a focus on compliance. Assists in the development of spreadsheets (Excel), review of surveys and audits, report building and data sorting. Supports the recruiting and staffing function and processes through enhanced communications with candidates, scheduling interviews, etc. Assists in updating and use of the applicant tracking system (TalentLink). Will be expected to learn all recruiting processes as well be trained in the art of interviewing and selection skills. Processes payments to vendors through entry of purchase orders into SAP. Guides new staff through the pre-employment process and assists in the on-boarding process. Assists with the processing of benefit enrollments, changes and terminations. Fields and supports employee requests of an HR nature. Supports the tracking and upkeep of employee trainings, annual and probationary performance evaluations and development plans. Actively participates in the planning, preparation and implementation of all HR sponsored meetings and company events. Special projects and other duties as assigned Your profile Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor degree required preferably in Human Resources, Business, or other related field. Strong customer service skills. Must demonstrate positive and helpful demeanor. Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and adjust to changing schedules and priorities; maintain organization in a changing environment, and maintain flexible attitude & approach towards assignments. Must be highly proactive and can demonstrate proven experience taking ownership to anticipate needs. Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication, strong customer service, organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills. Proven ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
