Desired Skills/Duties: Wages $14.00-16.00/HR Mon-Fri Call quality assurance: listening to recorded incoming calls to verify customer data against appointment data, correcting opportunities when available Internal piloting of new programs before executed out to the external call center Inbound and outbound phone calls: appointment setting, appointment verifications, and service requests Reporting: prepare and publish reporting on weekly training opportunities and program accuracy Other duties as assigned 1-3 years experience working in a call center environment Excellent customer service both written and verbal Excellent typing and grammar skills Process focused - structure and consistency is key Great attention to detail and strong project management skills The ability to successfully work as part of a team and autonomously Ability to manage several different projects simultaneously Appointments Plus/CRM knowledge a plus Full Benefits High School Degree or Equivalent
