Desired Skills/Duties: Position Summary: TACG is looking for a skilled Information Technology Program Manager to lead a operational data store / data warehousing implementation to support the data requirements of this capability. The IT Program Manager will be the primary interface with the Government customer on all contract delivery requirements. The IT Project Manager will ensure all contract requirements are met. They will be responsible for the managing all aspects of their assigned program, including recruiting, staffing, schedule, delivery, quality, and financial performance. The IT Project Manager will assist the Government Program Manager in leading all aspects of the government integration, deployment and maintenance of this capability across multiple, distributed supply chain organizations. The IT Project Manager will also support activities required for government portfolio compliance (e.g. Organizational Execution Plan (OEP), Clinger Cohen Act (CCA), etc.). Responsibilities: Lead and managed all aspects of project management planning and execution, including implementation of right-sized project management processes, procedures, and best practices. Lead and manage the implementation of an Operational Data Store (ODS) to manage all data used by the SaaS capability. This involves manage the implementation of this capability through the full software development lifecycle. Support the Service Level Agreements (SLA) for the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) providers to the government customer. Assist with all aspects of project communications, including project status to all levels of the organization (e.g., stakeholders, senior leadership, line managers, etc.). Manage risk management processes and procedures, including identifying risks, quantifying risks, and implementing risk mitigation strategies. Manage all project documentation and deliverables associated with this project including, but not limited to project plans, user guides, training manuals, requirements, technical specifications, software designs, software testing, deployment plans, and information assurance artifacts to meet contract requirements. Assist in the creation and maintenance of an integrated master schedule that represents all relevant team activities and tasks. Monitor and manage all activities, tasks, and resources. Ability to understand and interpret the enterprise's business and technical architectures. Preparation of all Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 5000.75 program artifacts and supporting activities required for compliance. Manage the completion and submission of government-specified artifacts (e.g. OEP and CCA deliverables) in Education & Certification Requirements: Bachelor s Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field. support of portfolio management compliance.
