Associate Disputes Specialist Location V Symmes Township, OH 45249 Responsibilities: Responds to in-bound, routine customer telephone inquiries regarding products, services, order status, and other general questions. Escalates inquiry to product support, billing, sales or return/repair based on complexity and nature of customer issue. Logs calls and updates customer account records. h Takes initial customer calls and answers general questions regarding company products and services. h Other responsibilities include data entry, use of internal databases to answer customer questions and writing internal/external non-technical documentation. h Documents customer concerns and forwards complaint trends to appropriate departments. Qualifications: Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience. All the above duties and responsibilities are essential job functions for which reasonable accommodation will be made.
