Desired Skills/Duties: Configuration Analyst SUMMARY OF THE JOB: Responsible to create and modify Bills of Material and routers in JDE (One World), load and modify part numbers and associated costs. Responsible for gatekeeping of all engineering changes and implementation of changes with buy in from Purchasing, Fabrication, Quality Assurance, Process Engineering, Manufacturing and final assembly. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Create/Update Bills of Materials for new and legacy products where necessary Load/modify part numbers and associated costs Coordinate Engineering Changes with Production Management, Contracts and Program Management Perform regular audits of data sets Lead continuous improvement around data analysis Assist other members in analyzing data and making corrections to the processes based upon data Ensure compliance with federal and state laws Perform all duties in a safe manner Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Education and Experience Required: BS or BA degree in a technical discipline or the equivalent of 3 to 5 years in a manufacturing environment. Experience in JDE (One World) is strongly desired Basic Skill and Ability Requirements: Effective interpersonal skills with experience in customer/supplier relations. Experience with ISO 9001 or QS 9100 Quality Operating Systems Self-motivated: Process/results oriented. Problem solving skills required. Able to handle multiple assignments under extreme time constraints and high stress conditions Must have strong work ethic, sense of urgency and a high energy level Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office application, required, advanced Excel knowledge is desired Must be flexible to work days, evenings, whatever to meet business needs.
