Desired Skills/Duties: Koch Foods is recruiting for Warehouse workers at its production plant located in Fairfield, Ohio. We are a leading poultry processing company specializing in quality products. Koch Foods of Fairfield, Ohio is a Further Processing Plant. 3rd Shift hours are 10:00 pm - 6:30 am. Pay is $15.00/hour. In our fast-paced environment, Warehouse workers may perform a variety of duties to include: Operate walkie-rider, stand-up reach, stand-up counter-balanced, and stock-picker lift trucks safely Complete Daily Operator s Checklist for each lift truck used each shift Complete inbound and outbound trailer inspections Unload and load trailers and straight trucks Visually inspect all goods presented by carriers for delivery to ensure only materials in sound packaging, good condition, and suitable for receipt and storage are accepted Notify management of any goods, materials, delivery vehicles, or pickup vehicles that have any signs of pest activity, contamination, damage, odors, or suspicious articles Inspect all finished goods prior to loading for shipment to ensure all pallets and packaging are in excellent condition suitable for shipment Notify management of all materials, finished goods, and WIP that are found to be in deficient condition Complete all receiving and shipping documents accurately and completely Use RF guns to accurately scan inventory to receive materials against PO s, to update inventory locations, to scan verify orders as picked, and to perform other inventory transactions Inspect pallets according to the acceptable pallet standard and supply acceptable wood pallets to staging areas to be delivered to production employees by Data Capture Palletizers Load all rejected, substandard pallets into the scrap pallet trailer for removal from the plant Deliver WIP to production lines for further production work Move pallets of finished goods that have been stretch-wrapped and inventoried by the Data Capture Cover all inbound materials with plastic and stretch-wrap as needed and per SOP or to maintain product integrity Light painting and maintenance to maintain appearance and functionality of equipment, concrete curbing, racks, and signage Communicate with WH leads and supervision as needed Experience in a food processing environment is a definite plus. Will train candidates that are passionate and have the desire to work for and grow with a growing company. Employee Pathway Program is in place for growth.
